Your body is very smart.
Nothing wrong happens to your body, until and unless you do something extreme
to your body, and most of the time this loose skin people are those who
actually loose their weight very fast or they go through quick weight loss.

makes your muscles).
3.
BODY
NEEDS TO BE HYDRATED( Which will make
your skin tight).
