CUT OF LOOSE SKIN AFTER WEIGHT LOSS.

Whenever I go to the gym I see so many people on the trademill, they come to me and ask you what ‘we lost this amount of weight in these many months but there is one problem we are facing loose skins on the chest, abdomin, looking shaggy.




How to fix it?
Your body is very smart. Nothing wrong happens to your body, until and unless you do something extreme to your body, and most of the time this loose skin people are those who actually loose their weight very fast or they go through quick weight loss.
The crutial term to focus on the word is “QUICK”. Someone who has lost 30kg of weight in last 1year. The problem here is the weight loss is NOT EQUAL to FAT LOSS. Because when you start losing fat it’s a very slow process, you cant put a term QUICK when it comes to fat loss.

The loose skin you are talking about is fat. This is not loose skin, this is high body % of fat. Since you lost a lot of muscle here what is happening is, understand one thing is there is muscle on the top of muscle there is fat then on top of that there is skin. So when people start weight training, it gives the a hard tone look of muscle. But when you start losing muscle, the component, which gives your body a hard look and then on top of that when you start losing fat, what your body will happen is your muscle will go to loose. The skin becomes shaggy, gets loose. The skin is very elastic, it can contract, extend actually you can do a lot of stuff with your skin.


The main reason when people go for QUICK weight loss they lose a lot of muscle, and due to that what happen is they think that have lost a lot of fat, still the skin is hanging lose. But eventually what happen is you lost a lot of muscle fibres and still there is a lot of fat hanging their because you have lost a lot of weight quickly. Your skin didn’t have the time to go through the elasticity.


So here I’m giving three solutions how you gone a fix these problems:
1.    START TRAINING WITH YOUR WEIGHTS.(Actually people who does a lot of cardio, suffers from this hanging skin).
2.    START INCLUDING A LOTS OF PROTEIN IN YOUR DIET(Protein is something which breaks into amino acids, and amino acids are something which makes your muscles).
3.    BODY NEEDS TO BE HYDRATED( Which will make your skin tight).

I’m going to suggest you something that is OMEGA 3. Omega 3 is essential fatty acids, it consists DHA, EPA. They are responsible for skin tightening.
